Located in Pepper Pike, Ohio, Landerwood Crossing is a striking three-story, approximately 50,000 sq ft Class-A office building completed in 2006. Palmieri Developers partnered with HSB Architects to create a design that merges traditional suburban architecture with bold modern elements—featuring expansive curtainwall glass, sleek metal panels, and refined aluminum trim. The building’s floor plates were designed to enhance tenant experience, with first-floor ceilings approximately three feet taller than standard for a more open feel. The project was fully leased within 18 months of completion, attracting major tenants.
